High-purity FDA & REACH compliant lubrication

The lubricating oil for the mechanical shaft seal is made of high-purity white mineral oil for food and medical grade. It is clear, odorless, and insoluble in water, complying with US FDA and European REACH standards. This ensures no toxic substances are released, protecting the environment and human health.

Every unit is fully equipped with an epoxy waterproof cable base, motor overload protectors, and double-group SiC silicon carbon steel (Silicon Carbide) mechanical shaft seals.

AFC grinder series

  • Patented Intake Design: Features a newly designed, patented arc-shaped sawtooth intake mesh housing cover.
  • Tungsten Steel Cutting: Equipped with a half-open impeller with tungsten steel blades inlaid directly into the blades to powerfully tear and cut destructive foreign objects.
  • Heat Treatment: Both the housing cover and the impeller are strengthened by heat treatment to increase wear resistance and ensure stable properties under heavy use.
  • Capacity: Capable of handling flows up to 180 m³/h.

AF series - submersible sewage pumps

Non-clogging impeller options

U-type vortex impeller

Produces a vortex effect that allows slurry, long fibrous materials, and solid waste to pass through without ever making contact with the impeller.

P-Type open impeller

Features one or two blades. This lifting wheel design is excellent for waste materials to prevent any chance of clogging.

E-type channel impeller

An enclosed channel design offering high efficiency, large capacity, and a large solid passage.
